Truly Me Jewelry Design reserves the right to correct orders if delivery problems, pricing errors or technical errors occur.

Delivery

Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–4 working days unless otherwise stated.

In case of high load or special orders, delivery time may be longer.

Any free shipping only applies within Sweden unless otherwise stated.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. Read more in our Returns Policy .

Complaint

If a product is faulty, the right to a complaint applies for 1 year.

The product must be claimed within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

If the complaint is approved, we will replace:

• Repair
• New product
• Refund

Product information

All jewelry from Truly Me Jewelry Design is made in 925 sterling silver.

Slight variations in color and finish may occur as some products may be handmade.

Limitation of liability

Truly Me Jewelry Design is not responsible for indirect damages that may arise as a result of the product.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as:

• Strike
• Transportation problems
• Authority decision
• Natural events

Dispute

In the event of a dispute, we follow recommendations from the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN).
