Heléne grew up in an environment characterized by craftsmanship, creative joy and entrepreneurial spirit. In her father's wood and metal workshop, creativity was allowed to flow freely, with all kinds of materials at hand and a father present who was happy to brainstorm ideas and share his expertise.
Even as a teenager, she dreamed of creating her own brand. But life took a different direction – the dream was put aside, and there it remained for almost 20 years.
Instead, Heléne pursued a career in the IT industry, including as a marketing manager at companies such as Philips and IBM . At the same time, she continued to deepen her interest in design through studies in design and graphic design.

The dream would come true – and Truly Me Jewelry Design was born. Launched the following year, in 2009, her jewelry has since been worn by women who want to express " their own selves ."
