RANGE
The webshop shows the entire Truly Me range / collection. We strive to have the most in stock, but ordering can occur.
PRICES
Campaign prices and additional service prices may differ between the webshop and our physical store. All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT. Shipping will be charged when ordering under 1000 kr in the webshop.
OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
Discount offers apply as long as the stock is sufficient. Offers and discounts may differ between the webshop and our physical store.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
In Truly Me’s webshop you pay via Klarna invoice (14 days) or installment. The invoice is attached to your order.

The payment method for you who wants to choose how much you pay each month. But Klarna’s account is more than that. In addition to the fact that you always get your goods before you pay, you collect all your purchases in an account. This applies even if you have purchased in several different stores through the Klarna account. This means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

The color rendering may vary depending on the computer’s display setting and we can not guarantee that the color of our products online is accurate to the reality.
AGE-LIMIT
Truly Me is only an agreement with an authorized person. To shop at Truly Me’s webshop, you must be at least 18 years old.
MISPRINT
We reserve ourselves for any printing errors on the website. We reserve the right to decline incorrect orders.
SHIPPING
Shipping cost is usually 98 kr including VAT, up to 250 g weight. For orders over 1000, the goods are shipped free of charge. Shipping always goes as recommended to ensure value and traceability (not applicable with samples / plastic rings). The shipping also goes as bulky as a Truly Me jewelry box is included.
DELIVERED WITH THE POST
The goods are shipped with the Post and collected from Posten’s pick-up center. Delivery will be announced by e-mail or SMS depending on the option you selected at the checkout. You need a valid ID to pick up your package at your place of delivery.
ADDRESS
Delivery is only made to registered post, change of shipping address is not possible.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse the day after your order is made. Normal delivery time is 2-3 business days, except for orders. We will contact you if a product is late or missing and you are entitled to cancel the purchase if delivery time can not be kept.
NOT AVAILABLE PACKAGE
If you do not pick up your package within 14 days, it will be returned to Truly Me.
INJURED PACKAGE
We represent the transport risk for the goods shipped from our warehouse. Should a shipment be broken or damaged when picking it out, contact the shipper. Missing items on delivery, please contact our customer service.
You are responsible for the transport risk of the goods you return to us.
RETURNS
At Truly Me, you have 14 days of withdrawal and open purchase, from the day you picked up your package. In order for the product to be returned, it must be in its unaltered state, ie unused.
The goods you purchased at Truly Me’s webshop are returned to our warehouse (Truly Me Jewelry Design, c / o HEWE Design AB, Scheelegatan 40B, 112 28 Stockholm).
The supplied boxes, packages and accessories for the product should also be returned in a substantially unchanged condition. However, if you have used the goods / goods to a greater extent than necessary to test its characteristics and function, you are obliged to replace the impairment that the use has caused. After return, we check whether the goods have been used in such a way and, if so, deduct from the cost of the depreciation that the use has caused from the amount repayable. When returning / returning to us, you will be responsible for transportation and transport risk.
After approved return, we will refund the money to you. Refund will be made within 14 days of Truly Me receiving the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method as at the time of purchase.
NO CHANGE, RETURN OR OPEN PURCHASE FOR SPECIAL OR TRADE PRODUCTS
Gift cards, specially ordered goods, engraved goods and real estate are not covered by the right of purchase or open purchase.
REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
When replacing a product, you do not need to return the jewelry bag / box. Put the item in the black velvet bag that came with, then in a pinned envelope. Enter a note where you enter order number, your name and address, and the size / color you want to switch to. When changing to a completely different item, the change is treated as return (see above) and a new order must be placed in Truly Me’s webshop on the desired item.
COMPLAINTS
If you find that a product is in any way damaged or incorrect, please contact us before you advertise your goods as soon as possible. Complaints can be made by contacting customer service at info@trulyme.se or in our physical store. If you choose to contact customer service, they will inform you about how to proceed to send the item to us. The return address is shown on the return address sheet you receive with your delivery. We pay back shipping costs on complaint. As a consumer, you have 3 years’ right of complaint according to the Consumer Buying Act. If your complaint may result. costs are eligible for reimbursement. Truly Me does not redeem returned goods against postage. If you choose instead of contacting the store, bring your receipt or your delivery slip. Truly Me complies with the recommendations of the Board of Appeal in the event of a dispute.
GUARANTEE
When you shop with us, you always have a one-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects. However, the warranty does not cover wear, carefree handling or injury due to an accident.
INFORMATION ON TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
HEWE Design AB (including Truly Me Jewelry Design) complies with PUL (Personal Data Act) in its handling of personal data. Your information is handled in a correct and controlled manner so that you can feel safe when shopping in our webshop. The personal data you provide and which we save on your purchase are used to manage your purchases and for marketing purposes (such as postal mail, sms, email). We do not provide information to third parties.
You can write to HEWE Design AB, (which is personally responsible) at info@trulyme.se and request that your personal information be corrected or removed. You also have the right to request information about what information about you as we treat.
